Beautiful old non-bearing olive trees are harvested and reclaimed for their precious hardwood under a government permit, before new trees are replanted in their place.

Our olivewood bowls are heavy, approximately 0.6 inch thick. Dimensions, shape and natural flaws vary with each piece due to natural features of the aged olive trees, and because each piece is carved by hand.
